Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Manager for our Assessment and Child Protection Team. You must be a qualified Social Worker with experience in MASH/ACP, as well as training and managing staff supervision. The ideal candidate is adaptable, thrives under pressure, and is committed to improving outcomes for children and their families.
What the Job Involves
As a Team Manager in the Assessment and Child Protection Team, you will oversee the team in a non-case holding management role. Collaborate with other Team Managers in ACP to assess all new cases requiring statutory assessment from the MASH. Your team will be on duty one in every six weeks, handling new referrals to complete statutory assessments and safeguarding processes to ensure child safety. Attend the office for one full duty week every six weeks and 1-2 days per week otherwise.
